@Atombombmother what green day do is not proto punk aka PUNK, is pop punk aka EMO, and the sex pistols came playing since 1976 and are the best badass band on proto punk or PUNK, i know about music much more than you american idiot... UK RULEZ

Still better than all the stuff that passes as punk these days (Green Day for example.) I think they desreve to make some cash. They did produce one of the greatest rock albums in history but got shafted . Good luck to them!
