Ottawa Parkour, June 14th training

We went from Carleton University to the OGC. A solid 8 hours of training in one day, boiled down to the convenient length of an Electric Six song....well alright, i threw in some footage form a Hogsback meet and 2 shots from a PdP meet so that it would last the whole song.

It's also intentionally slow in parts to suit the music, you'll need to find a way to cope with that if it upsets you.

Gerat Vid...I love Carleton too, I work and play there. But can you tell me where that gym is that you are training in? No gym I've found online seems to cater to 'adults' so any info would be appreciated.
