Dog sings along to Cymbalta commercial

Every time the Cymbalta commercial comes on, my dog sings along to it. I don't know if it's the music, or he's depressed and trying to tell us, or what. But it ONLY happens with this commercial (the new one, too) - no other commercial, movie, TV show, song, etc. has made him do this.

Woah! My Dog was sleep in my lap and she shot up so fast it scared me when the video started! :O I think it is like a high pitched sound in the song or something that only animals can hear!
