  • In my opinion, you could squat lower but based on where the pins were set, you could not. Try to select a weight that is less, place the safety pins down three settings and work more of a range of motion. In addition, bring your feet in more. The wide stance will allow you to lift more however will place more stress on the medial portion of the knee and the tissues that support it. The hips, knees, feet in a straight line stance is solid gold for health. In your corner man. Just helping.
