@gibbley Loooooong story. But he was Jimmy Pages first choice as lead singer of a band he wanted to create back in the 60's. Reid was busy touring with the Stones at the time, so he went with some other guy. Robert something.

@MrSplatterhouse Yea, you said it. I play guitar too, but this is different. Somehow, his guitar just envelopes the story flawlessly. He's incredible, and the sloppy 'everyman' persona isn't an act. He's so honest and raw. I'd hate to be his drummer...thankfully, he doesn't need one!
