  • Love watching Ann Pennington dance! Anyone know what happened to her? Last film appearance I saw of her was in a movie made in 1942 where she had a one-liner as a switchboard operator connecting a call. So cute she was!

  • People in the 1920s just love frenetic activity. I wish I could view this sort of performance through their eyes. To me it looks jerky and unattractive.

  • This is from the RKO musical "Tanned Legs" which also featured Arthur Lake. One of the more insipid musicals from the period, RKO's "Dance Hall" being another one of them.
