Samsung LE37C650 Banding?

Slight Banding on my Samsung LE37C650 and its brand new!

The banding shows up better in real life and on some photographs, plus our camera isn't great but there is definately a horizontal and vertical band here.

I'm having other issues too (see my other videos!) is this enough for an exchange from the store I got it from?

i just paid big bucks for a un40c6500 ..

i have a 2 inch horizontal band just above mid screen ..

its not visible in brighter pictures but it is in darker ones ..

most of the time if im into a movie i wont notice it ..

but its really annoying when i do ..

hard to get my mind off of it .. i tend to be critical of the picture instead of enjoying the content ..
