i've got an B2200 efi that makes 93hp, hahaha. that means my 0-60 is only 12 min 47 sec, while yours is 14 min 12 sec. (jks, but these tricks need more power)

He could've had the engine rebuilt, with a good cat and a well tuned engine these trucks pass all the emissions tests. The stock carburetor is a real bitch though.
