All in all I think if you like this retro look, or were alive when boomboxes were the thing, just get it man, you'll love it. One more thing, there's the regular kind like mine, it has a matte/rough finish, and there's a shiny/smooth finish one, this one looks cheap, like it can crack easily plus it looks phony, like a cheap imitation, beware of these! Mine looks more like the original from the 80's.

1. It's LOUD!
2. I think the quality is ok for the price, just take good care of it and you'll be fine.
3. Well, it takes a lot of batteries and they are heavy, but they last about 12 hours, good enough for three get-togethers at the park. Plus, at home you can plug it in, and it charges your iPod while it plays.

i have some questions that i REALLY hope you will answer!
1) is the volume luod? loud enough do go in the streets with it and still play loud?
2) is the quality okay? era there things that are easy to destroy?
3) are you tired of gettin all the batteries? does it hold the energy for a long time?
