okay how far should a normal person do this? (without fins) im thinking of trying apnea sports and I wanna get the best possible start before trying it. I could do 50 meters without fins but i havnt done it for a long time.

No matter how long you do it, you should allways have a trained safety diver with you! Taking a course is a ood idea. Then, it's up to you how long you can go...

She just did 150 meters in training. Her personal (and national) record is 174 m with fins, 113 meters without fins. Can you do that?
