@gleasonfam97 True repentance is a result of humbling oneself before God. (Psalm 34:18; 51:1-4,17; Isaiah 57:15; 66:2) Repentance is not a mere sorrow over sin or personal reformation. True repentance is turning from sin to God; the sinner must forsake as well as confess sin. (Isaiah 55:7; II Corinthians 7:10)
Not bad although I think a little more clarity should have been given to what "repent" actualy means. The video seems a little vague. Is repent feeling sorry for your sinful life or is it the action of turing away from your life of sin? I've heard it both ways. Do you have to break down crying and have an emotional reaction in order for your repentance to be real? That is kind of the definition I was picking up but like I said I can't quite tell what "repent" entails.
