I'm sorry guys but i think there are many, many more better Depeche Mode songs other than Personal Jesus, Enjoy the Silence, Somebody, Jcge, Nlmd. They are good songs, no doubt, but in my opinion they have way better songs than those. BUT those are the more popular songs. Blah Blah Blah. DM=my favorite band and they always will be.

STRANGE! Just heard of another band that was playing during "Violator" who also name DM as an influence to their music...Anything Box - famous for "Living in Oblivion" -  And that no one sounded like DM, what about Cause and Effect, & Code of Ethics. I'm sure DM influenced them FOR SURE... you can hear a lot of -Violator- in their music. I read somewhere though, that just about the time of Dave's self destruction bent, he adamantly resisted ever sounding like "Violator" again????
