where should I look to buy that dual sport kit? I have a 540 EXC (from 520) and I wanna get it set up for the street cause it's a little heavy for the trails.

I'm doing that to mine with the stock cam. Sounds like your idle is too high, or is that the cam?

How do you like this bike? It seems like the most ultimate dual sport motorcycle out there. I have a KLR 250 now...cheap, reliable, and fun, but it is definitely limited in what it can do. My biggest comment is that the suspension is too soft and not enough of it!

Like the header conversion, nice midpipe clamp. I'd put a skid plate on it if you do any rocky trail riding :)
