Nice nice NICE! My friend and I are practicing these now. Right now, we're using the bar with no weights. We usually do these with kettlebells, but it's so much more demanding with the barbell because you have to keep it from moving.
This is impressive AND inspiring.

Dude you're a bear!

good for not changing hands like the other guy video, but is there a point in "overhead squatting" just to basically fall on your back?
And what the not so technical upward movement, has it something to do with doing barbell instead of kettlebell?

really strong guy.. dont look like one though.. one of those secret strongs :)

My knees hurt after watching the transition from the ground to the feet. Strong lift, bad form.

Watch your knees during the video. If you don't see an injury waiting to happen, then I don't know what else to tell you. I have to admit that you have good control over the barbell. Most of these guy's that I see doing barbell TGU's drop it on themselves when attempting to finish the lift. Strong lift, it's just the knees that scare me. ;-)

if you mean my right knee slightly rotating inward at 0.22 then you did not notice that most if not all of the weight is over my left leg and the right leg is pretty much unloaded and so there is no overloading of the right knee joint. This tecnique works great for me and my knees are perfectly healthy, thanks a lot
