hi. great video. i 've been thinking about selling on etsy but i 've noticed items listed are so expensive vs what you would find at a local store. so i'm wondering who or why would anyone want to pay over 20 dollards for a mug as an example?

lol you used to do stuff the way I'm doing it now! make a card here & there, take a photo here & there, deciding what things I want to put in the shop as I go along. I seriously need to sit down and crank out a list with what all I want to get started with and just put it all into motion. Thanks for the vide--even if it is a couple of years old, it's still great information.

I think I just posted this seperately, but I want to be sure to hit reply this time so you'll see my response!
I bought a postage scale off eBay. It saves me a TON of time, and I just use the USPS website to calculate shipping. I use plastic sleeves to protect the cards as well, yep! I get those in bulk on eBay too. :)

Amy I make cards if I want to sell. When you pay thru paypal. What do you use to weigh it or how do you figure out how much for a card.. Do you ship them in a plastic sleeve as well to protect them.

Thanks so much for the tips, Amy. I so totally agree with you about using the relist option for adding new items. I do that ALL the time. It's great when you're just changing a title and picture, etc...
Thanks!!
