Gho.S.T. at Galleries of Justice - Jan 2009

GhostlySightings had a great nite at the Galleries of Justice. As the camera swings round you can see a figure standing on the right of the last pillar on the right up on the balcony area. (To the left of the brass stand in the foreground). It appears to have it's right arm raised as if waving. We have been told that no access is allowed on the balcony so we have ruled out human involvement. (The black figure on the far right IS a statue.) We have checked pic and other video footage and there is no statue there or other object. Unfortunately, after a few seconds, the other camcorded blocked the view but we are checking other camera footage to see if it has turned up on there. By the way, sorry about the swearing. Was having a bit of a moan as usual.
