Hmmmm...The kids are there. couldn't tell from the video. A giant kid that's going through puberty evidenced by looking up girls' skirts. There's always a few kids that run around a playground randomly. Are you sure he wasn't playing tag & everybody else he was playing with wasn't trying to ditch him, lol
