@satoru Interestingly enough it does mean both. The reason the song title isn't in kanji is that it is playing off both. Kuchiru...which means to rot, and kuchizuke which is kiss. So if the kanji had the mouth radical, then it would definitely be kiss...but since its in only the kana...it's a play on words.

BUCK-TICK always uses really interesting, unique women in their PV's, instead of those boring, plastic-looking models you usually see in music videos. This girl, the woman in Dokudanjou Beauty, the angel in HEAVEN, the dancers in 21st Cherry... Stunning ladies, all of them.
