you mean "burned" fries?

May I ask-do you know how much electricity it uses--if it's cheaper to run than a normal oven?

Looks good.

@chelojelo Go for it! Enjoy your steak, and let me know how you like cooking in the oven. I just had a chicken, bacon and cheddar sandwich tonight. I cook almost every meal in the convection oven.

@albinowolf2 Thanks. My oven thing is a little different than the one u are using. Getting ready to try cooking a steak in it now (just got it & havent used it yet).

@chelojelo This was raw chicken, simply rolled in flour and some spices.

I had great success with delicious chicken, fries but i did not get much success with baking a cake. Have you baked a cake in this type of oven? also the oven only goes upto 250 degrees. not more then that. i was expecting 400 degrees like the normal ovens. any idea how much heat temperature i should set it for the cake and time? thanks a lot for sharing information.

@TheGreenfrog140 I have never tried to bake a cake in it. I can make one big pancake on a plate, and as long as that plate is greased and preheated, the pancake will not stick to it. I can also bake biscuits in it as long as i preheat the plate, and turn them halfway through. I always leave my temperature dial on HIGH with this oven.

@mampirao1 This is convection air like the nuwave, etc. but with a wok shape base. I got it from amazonDOTCOM for less than $100. I broke the top part, as u can see i was balancing it on the edge of the counter. I ordered a new part from the sunpentown site, and they promptly shipped me a new top unit and I was back cooking again. I have used this oven almost daily for over a year now.
