Well, I've narrowed it down to Mesmer, Thief, and Engineer. I guess I'll see when I get there.

The off-hand weapons, if you're wondering why there is more diversity, is a modifier on what abilities your Phantasm does. For instance, if you have a pistol, your clones do ranged damage, and if it's a sword, they melee. Not sure on the specifics on the scepter and foci though.
