Dr. John follows and pays tribute to his mentor Fess (Professor Longhair) in his own way but no matter where he is or where he plays, it's always got that New Orleans sound. I've heard him many times in NYC but he REALLY rocks when he's "home" in New Orleans, Amazing difference!.

@PortieBhoy Tosser.

@quizpubbob My logic is FOR it being improv! Your logic is against!
-
@ColonelVandal Respect for the correction 'If I don't do it, somebody else will'. What's your logic in the bit at the end not been improvisation. How did you come to that conclusion. My logic was: it's not on the actual record; and as far as I know he doesn't keep it the same for every performance.

@quizpubbob It's "If I don't do it, somebody else will". There's no impro here, and no problem.

@PortieBhoy Jools Holland and Eric Clapton are not lame.
-
Man, Mac's so good he even makes lame English musicians sound passable!

Who else could not help swaying? ;)
