  • what is the percentages you use to find the weight?

  • @ireturted The workout "Linda" call's for 1-1/2 Body Weight Deadlifts, Body Weight Bench Press, 3/4 Body Weight Squat Cleans. Speal weighs 140 lbs, so for the Deadlifts he did 140 x 1.5 = 210, and for the Squat Clean he did 140 x .75 = 105.

  • LOL, no need to get angry over it bro. But this is how CrossFittrs veiw it. Mass, Distance, Time: He or She who can do the most amount of work in the shortest amount of time is more fit than the others who moved the same weight, the same distance for time, theres no set event, they train for the unknown and the unknowable, that means all task, if you don't believe in it, no biggie, just ignore it, or just try it. I hope you do try it, its a lot of fun, I highly recommend it.

  • @lamarkjr1 Why don't you post a video of yourself doing this workout for an hour? Obviously if you're doing 5 or less reps doing power cleans then it is a 'power' exercise. But if you're doing more it becomes more about lactic acid and endurance. Who says that power cleans are necessarily about power? One thing about crossfitters is that they've got heart. That's why they encourage each other at competitions. Because they have peace of mind knowing they've given everything they have...

  • @lamarkjr1 dumbass theyre short for a reason. do one of these workouts and i guarantee tit will take you longer than 15 minutes. sorry i forgot for it to be a good workout you have to spend and hour talking with your faggot butt buddies at the gym doing your bicep curls

  • @cp24g I do metcons workouts twice a week. I love them!! got my cardio up big time. the other days I do 5 x 5 on 3 lifts and that has gotten me stronger. the combination has worked for me . it blows my mind how strong these crossfitters are. To tell you the truth I did lose some strength on some moves when I was doing 100% crossfit, so I decided to combine. I love the fact that crossfit is very open to that.
