Advocate Condell Day Center and Che Moon 101 Birthday

Che Moon Song celebrated her 101st birthday at Advocate Condell Medical Center's Intergenerational Day Center last week. The mother of four, grandmother of six and great-grandmother of five has lived in Libertyville, Ill. for the past 10 years and has been a part of the Intergenerational Day Center since she was 94-years-old. The Day Center provides all-day care for children ages six weeks to six-years-old and adults and offers interaction between the adults and children on a daily basis.
