The Macallan Masters of Photography is a new concept that will see the Macallan Single Malt Scotch Whisky collaborate with some of the world's most remarkable photographers. This will result in an ongoing series of bottlings carrying the art of photography onto the bottle itself to create unique and collectable objets d'art. Apperantly u do not know anything of photography- So u share something with Rankin. Support him? Yes teach him bout lighting, camera equipment and how to cominicate with production companies all over the world. rankin is a douschbag- nothin more or less- RANKIN SUX A TRILLION TIME! A fat fool!

All of you that talk about technically better photographers than Rankin are missing the point. Rankin is an extremely capable photographer, better than most in the country. He has versatility, there isn't a Rankin label on everything he shoots, and he just shoots what he likes the look of. He is also a very successful businessman, and has built himself up from nothing to what he is today, which is another part of being a photographer. It's a combination of more than just technical ability.

Honestly, how this man can be considered a master of photography is beyond me. Anyone working in the fashion, portrait or advertising scene could name 200, possibly 400 better photographers.
If you really want to know how to photograph people try Julian Dufort, Larry Fink or Larry Sultan. And in the UK... Blinkk and Nadav Kander. For fashion the list is endless: Glen Luchford, Steven Meisel, Steven Klein, Nick Knight, Craig McDean, Mert and Marcus, Vincent Peters, Miles Aldridge........
