2 C Navy Beans (cooked) 4 Eggs 1 can evaporated milk

1 stick butter 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tspcinnamon

2 Tb. Flour 2 C Sugar 2 Tb. Vanilla

Cook beans until soft. Preheat oven. to 350 degrees.

In electric blender, blend beans, butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg and flour about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake about one hour. until golden brown. Makes 2 or 3 Bean Pies.

@KARStarla Hello I'm an advocate for reading the comments and noticed yours unanswered after all this time! I hope you've made one by now if not I can help u follow his recipe :) I am currently working on a bean pie as we speak and I've prefered to puree my beans after I cooked them just to make sure I have the consistency I want.
