646 Damage in 22 seconds (Initial spike plus conditions).

How do you get to the place with the siuts of armor where you can test builds?

@mmorpgguyethan Get to either LA,KC, or Kamadan and then go do the quests to get to the other continents and Temple of Balthazar should be one of them!
