@usernamemam1 it's actually not complicated at all. you just drag and drop the mp3 files. If you have a micro SD card it's even easier. just drag and drop into the my music folder.

the only way i know is to send it to your phone via bluetooth. if you have a mac, you just click the bluetooth icon in your menu bar and click "click send file..." i'm pretty sure most PCs don't come with bluetooth but if they do it might be done in a similar fashion

so can you add music to that phone from itunes by plugging it in with the usb like a regular ipod, or is it more complicated than that?

it doesn't sync with itunes. i think you need verizon software. i'm really not sure since i don't use it as an mp3 player. but yes it is more complicated than that.
