  • Seems to be a great exercise. Good complement to horse stance practice. Are there any recomendations on how long to practice, or on a progression ?

  • well build up your time, first of you start with 30seconds if this is easy do a minute or more and build up. Normally i do 3 sets. Can start 30, minute then 1m 30sec. Or you can do minute, 2 or 3 etc. Building up and the results on your overall performance is amazing.

  • its surprisingly easy but you definitely feel the burn after a few minutes, hard as hell after that.

  • Well it is bloody deceiving. If done properly your back lower muscles, obliques and front lower and upper abs. Benefits are amazing, but in a world where people prefer doing stuff for visual benefits this isnt their cup of tea.

  • tea?..did u say TEA!!!!!

  • yes i said tea. you want me to put a brew on for you mate?

  • this is similar to Bruce Lee's dragon flagpole workout thing where he elevates his body onto his upper back and shoulders.

  • I like it...great video...to the point.

  • Thank you, Sir.

    That helps along.

  • It looks fake! Would be good to see it done with him wearing no top. Still it's still impressive to see.
