@Kittygirl1998 you click windows, then go onto recently closed docks, then click then click layers, paths, etc.

i need help i deleted my background/2nd tool box on gimp how can i get it back?

Windows > Dockable Dialogues > Layers fools XD

Click Windows,Dockable Dialogues then click Layers
and from there you can add all the tabs you lost.
