Just go to the 43rd street exit off of 167 and sit at the 76 gas station at around midnight on a non-rainy friday/saturday night and there should be some people there.

i was there last weekend we were out till 6 am both night and no one got pulled over all they do is MAKE US LEAVE THATS IT

i live in seattle and now i heard is that even if the police catch you they'll inspect your car and if doesnt pass it'll get impounded and not given back
