Why? Captain Vincent is a great character! What I meant by non-Strangetown character, was that he was not shipped with the game in Strangetown. Still, that doesn't mean that fate didn't land him in Strangetown eventually.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, that is the same Captain Vincent that appears in Swordmasterguy's "Vampire Stories of Sim City," and as another character in timleary25's "Strangetown Chronicles" He's an interesting character, and since I needed a non-Strangetown character to be at the helm on the HMS Wright, Captain Vincent was cast. Look for him to have a harrowing...er...enjoy the next part.

Yes, General Buzz was supposed to look mildly remorseful, but not cry about it. I guess it was simply his inner self showing through. The next episode should be out soon, as much of the footage was cut the last chapter and will just need to be assembled then posted.
