You can create a sheet with the titles you want and then "Select the area you want to print" with the mouse (highlight the area and let go of mouse). Then go File.. Print.. Click Page setup and go to Sheet tab and choose "print gridlines", then choose Page tab and select "Fit to 1 x 1" and choose portrait or landscape. Click OK and then under settings choose "Print Selection". That should do it.

for the love of god. how do i create a blank grid so i can print the document and i can fill it out with a pen. I just want a blank grid. I am trying to create an exercise and diet document so i can print it off then fill in the blank grid as and when i do the exercises etc
