As Mad as a Hatter, which luckily, I am!

When the Mad Hatter makes a surprise appearance at the Mall, the fantastic muchness of Wonderland is brought to life!!!

This show was inspired by Tim Burton (my role model, for one day I too hope to be a Movie Director), Johnny Depp (the greatest actor in the world!), Helena Bonham Carter (the greatest actress in the world!), and all of the brilliant people that brought "Alice in Wonderland" to life.
I fell in love with this movie, with the story, and especially with the Mad Hatter. That's why I decided to create this costume, wear it to the mall, and promote this amazing film! And I couldn't have done it without the help of so many fantastic people! My mom, my dad, my brother, and my amazing family and friends for their support! This show is for you, and all of my incredible fans out there! And I'll tell you a secret! You may be mad, entirely bonkers, but all the best people are!!! :)

@Kallypsoo, thanks for your awesome comment:) I made the hat with my Mom, as well as the rest of the costume. To make the hat, we rolled a sheet of paper, attached it to a circle of cardboard, and then covered that with fabric. After, we took a wire and formed it into a larger circle around the base, and connected that to the top with more fabric...

Then, we covered the entire hat in black lace, spray painted it green and gold, added a pink ribbon, added hair pins (they were made out of the stems of fake flowers with plastic jewels glued back-to-back on top), added a feather, and then you have the Mad Hatter Hat:D
