For those that doubt, check the science. There are dozens of research studies showing LCHF (Low-Carb/High-Fat) diets being vastly superior to low-fat diets for weight-loss, glycemic control, cholesterol ratios and triglyceride levels.
There is NO evidence whatsoever after 50 years that dietary saturated fats have ANY connection to heart disease or cancer.
That is a fact.

I went to a real food, high in natural fats diet, and lost 40lb, doubled my HDL to 80, and plummeted my trig's to below 100. Not only that, my health overall is dramatically improved - no weakling skeleton look for me, and no more of the countless small complaints from skin to itching, breathing, sunburn, poison ivy, and more.
