@jonjuggalo17 many places on ebay. cheapest by far. BUT it has maybe a 2litre gas tank. smaller than this one. this tank is NICE id liek to find a few of those. got a batch of bikes. with the smaller tanks.

perfect bicycle motor

Where di you get this setup at? I wnat to get one myself.

@FireDropTechnologies It is nice to be able to have the lights on with the engine running. Also with a battery you don't get the lights dimming when the bike is idling. I did have a problem with rear light bulbs blowing, but went to a higher wattage bulb in the back, it didn't have much effect on the brightness of the front light, but stopped the back bulb blowing. I would say that your light were probably brighter too. The way I did it was legal for NC though & enough to see & be seen with

Not nessesaraly, I tryed low draw bulbs as well,
Even looked thrue the whole Hardware shop for the lowest draw,
and tryed the "factory" lighting kit. They tend to blow, and still dim badly.
The solution "at least for me? Was to install a battery." It has the added benifit of
Allowing the lights to be on with the engine turned off, when you have a flat, Ect.Ect.
Any how, it was a bit more expensive but had many beniffits. You mite try it on some of yours.

@FireDropTechnologies I just realized what it is, you're using much more powerful lights, whereas I am using regular bicycle lights that draw just 0.5 amps.
-
@FireDropTechnologies BTW the 6V 3W light sets are usually about 500 milliamps (1/2 an amp)

@FireDropTechnologies I just sent you a message with the light kits I use. I have been building these for 5 or 6 years. Essentially ever since you could get the engines on ebay. right from the start I have put lights on them and never had a problem. Anyway, take a look at the message and when I build another one I will make a video of the light installation. Thanks.

Mite be that they have added more windings too the newer engine magnetos, as well,
but! For quite some while they simply wouldn't push more than 1.2-1.5amps out put,
this nessesetated a battery to suplement the draw.
then tell me what color it is. If it doesnt spark take the plate off the magneto(where the wires go into) and take the four screws out(after unplugging it!) pull the magneto out and test the resistance between your blue and black coil tap wires .. you should get a reading between 280 - 330 ohms of dc resistance. Yeah take your spark plug out set it against your top of the engine where you can see the spark plug where it sparks at the tip and then walk the bike around it should emit spark between the ceramic inside the top of your spark plug and the sparker arm almost the very tip of plug.

A stroker is changing the length the piston travels in its bore. What you are talking about just increases the volume in each sample and letting it out quicker theres no incr or decr in the stroke measurement. Ive been tuning 2 stroke race bikes for 18 years. And yes I tune these. You can't suggest this without knowing the hights of the intake and exhaust ports of the given family of engine. I know exactly How to time these and bring the samples up I have put up to 7.5 hp on a dyno from NTJL

Im waiting for them to produce a batch available buy a few and work with them on it then apply the counter to counter side switch with freewheel crank spindled gear on spindle output gear. the reason I have to wait is Im choosing to go with the most heavy duty rearend(Sturmey Archer) and will be drum on some and up to 8 speeds. standard bike will soon be a
