  • I am 14years old with restless legs and its killing me >:(

  • Karl Pilkington is the answer.

  • I have this all the time if i sit still its torture

  • Wound up here after I had pills with Diphenhydramine.

Took around 250mg I wanna say, wasn't too smart.

And sure enough after trying to sleep my "trip" out, I woke to have twitching legs, and it feels fucking terrible. Sorry for those people that have to deal with this so often.

And don't intentionally OD on any pills with Diphenhydramine for the same reason I did.

    Not worth it.

  • @anabaptistnun ähm i dont eat chicken. i m on new medication latly. hope it lasts a bit till the dose has to be rissen again. otherwise till i m old i d have to eat a hole package of medication every evening.

  • @johmarie7 Trying eating chicken liver late in the evening. It works. Your brain was injured by an anemic childhood. It has been proven in the lab.

  • RLS has been created in the lab, in mice, by giving a low-iron diet for years of childhood. The brain is injured, so it cannot register adequate iron levels, unless the iron spikes higher than normal. The leg cramps are symptoms of anemia. The brain thinks we are anemic. What works? Eat venison or chicken liver just before bed. These are the meats highest in iron. Iron pills are dangerous, and do not work long-term. Venison and chicken liver works.

  • I have been reading about chronic renal failure and restless legs and your video just nailed it. Could you throw some light on pathophysiiology?
