Great video narox, i've only played the GBA version of this and it was pretty good but i hear that the SNES version is a hell of a lot better so i'll have to pick it up at some point =)

the europe version was cut back in the day... in the japanese version in the last level (?!? i think) there flying sperms and in the us and europe version there re-coloured to some other stuff ^_^ hehe i love r-type all of em ..... i have all of em ... but to be honest i finished zero of them *ggg* but one day i beat that sucker!!! ON HARD !!!!

R-TYPE III is a pretty good game but Super R-TYPE I think is a little bit better then this.
