Solo piano renditions of works by Alexander Tsfasman are so hard to find ! this is absolutely brillant. Same level of pianistic artistry here as it can be found in arrangements and solos by composers like Billy Mayerl or Lothar Perl. All the devices of the style are blended here in the classical Theme & Variations form. Lovers of novelty piano music should be aware of Alexander Tsfasman's achievements.
