gta iv is not a FPS game so can't really say but buying it wont cost much these days.

hdmi cable, using it I suppose if because my on TV not hear the sound I hope you can help

if using hdmi cable to connect your pc to this LG monitor then you need to enable sound (if supported) from your graphic card settings,if its Ps3 then you need to go to settings & enable the hdmi sound . hope this helps

pc graphics are usually better than consoles but it depends what youre computer specifications are

FPS can mean - Frames per second ( Higher the less lag etc ) Or first person shooter.
