i forsee hand injury in your future

Faraday's Law of Induction. A changing magnetic field induces an electric field, which causes electrons in the copper wire to move, creating a current. The current can only exist so long as the magnetic field changes.

ooohhhh.. thats a really bad idea..

I wonder if I take that (stronger) magnet and run it across my veins slowly collecting my iron and quickly run it over my heart, would I die?..

@Soulrider2012 there is an german store that sells magnets in the shape of cylinders (150mm diameter, 50mm height, N45) that have a pull of 1200Kg... I wouldn't like to be between 2 of those....

LOL... Imagine if instead of the hand palm he tried the fingers.... *ouch* .... I got caught by 2 hardrive magnets that were a lot smaller once.... It freaking hurts... Irony was that I was trying to explain that magnets can be dangerous... >_>
-
if he had of let go of the magnet from just a little higher, the magnetic force transferred into kinetic force would have broken a bone or two... nasty magnets these can be.

SCARY!
The light glows every time the magnetic field cuts through the coil inducing a current.

All magnets are easy to chip. The more expensive ones chip even easier.
