@muscularhulk thanks bro...but i'll give it a skip...i believe the properties in the light are way way way overpriced....it's just nuts.....and you know what, when they (IJM people) informed me about it, they said all the sea facing ones are already booked BY THE DIRECTORS of IJM...what cronyism man...i'll skip this la...really not worth it

just look at the Prai site, you will smell the chemical susbstance and blackish liquid flowing into the sea, and you will pay billions of euros to live there? I will have to think twice for that!!!!! Just look at the example of Penang Airport, you gotta upgrade the airport even before building this project. And Monorail should have been there like decades ago!! instead building another bridge to congest the traffic!! Put that money into monorail.. god damn it.
