Mark Lloyd, Communications Czar, and Adviser to The President of the U.S, appears to praise Hugo Chavez's actions in a revolution. He also appears to endorse diversity in political terms meaning making it mandatory for more liberal rhetoric for news stations. Should we not allow the people to vote on this by who they prefer to listen to and watch? Is this not freedom? Is it not more appropriate to allow those that have something logical and present valid arguments in the eyes of the American people to rise to the top naturally by virtue of successful ratings of viewers or listerners and to NOT artifically prop up others due to fairness. When has life or anything ever been fair? Why must people like this hide their agendas behind diversity and fairness? If it is important for him to get more left wing idealism on the airwaves then why not become a successful talk show host or radio host? Why must this be forced through government mandates?

Lloyd also states that there is a need for more people of color and gays in positions of power that white people hold. Why do people continue to look through the prism of race and color? What ever happened to Martin Luther King's vision of being judged on the content of one's character rather than color of one's skin? Why does it matter what you do in the bedroom and how does that translate into being more qualified or less qualified for any position? I do not want to know what you do in your bedroom. Somethings should be kept private. These arguments are ludicrous and it gives me great pause that this man is an adviser to our President.
