@Kazmundio Dont worry.Mostly it is just an act.I know i train Hapkido for a year now and you must act a little to put on a show without having great pain like you show
There is absolutely no need to hold a submission on a student that is flailing and tapping out over and over, that is goddamn ridiculous and comes off as extremely unprofessional. I would never train or recommend anyone to train at a school with this kind of conduct.
Glad to see this. I did a search on here to see if my hunch on Korean grappling exist, seeing that Korean and Japanese martial arts and cultures are very similar.
I come from the Gracie system, with a little background in Tang Soo and Hapkido. And I have to say. This guy could hand some ass to quite a few of the BJJ guys I know. Bravo, perfect technique.
@BakaYaru13 it's a Toe Hold. He was mixing different grappling styles in this demo (quite brilliantly, I might add). He used an inside leg scoop takedown, rolled inside, and dug his shin into the side of the knee, then pulled on the toe/instep inward... basically, it's a Toe Hold (with knee compression).
Lol I watched this video the first time, and it flashed before my eyes. Hahaha, I had to watch it like 7 times before really seeing what happened. All I saw was him tapping out.

@BakaYaru13 Just a calf crank. Puts pressure on the knee, similarly to a heel hook, but the energy is lateral instead of torsional.

This is a GREAT compilation video - rolling knee bar, toe hold, scarf hold, arm bars, etc... very nice.

Rare is the day I find a submission I've never seen, but what's the thing called that he does at 2:50?
