Professor Griff, of legendary rap group Public Enemy (P.E.), is at war with mass media and is taking the fight directly to Viacom. Friend and P.E. group mate - Flavor Flav is a Viacom ratings dream boy whose tv shows are the target of much debate and interest in popular culture. Turn Off Channel Zero is the best example of activist filmmaking.
A group of concerned activists, filmmakers, artists and media personalities have gotten together to address Viacom's negative portrayal of African-Americans via its media outlets VH1, MTV and BET. "Turn Off Channel Zero" will be the name of the film.
The group is particularly concerned with the growing popularity of the Flavor of Love show which is currently broadcasting some of the most negative images on television. Flavor Flav, the show's star, is a member of the group that politicized a generation -- Public Enemy.
And if he did that, you and I both know, that the far-right will devour him severly, for dehumanizing their women, but when it comes down to the black woman, she stands alone.....

Maybe you should blame Flavor for taking the paycheck instead of Viacom for airing the program. there are more white people who make fools of themselves for cash on "reality TV" than blacks. I think your premise is BS.
