What a crock! This Amy Menefee chick doesn't have a clue what she is talking about at all regarding the Canadian system. She would have done better than to hitch her wagon to Shona Holmes, a known liar who had a benign cyst and not a life-threatening tumor as she now claims.
THEY want you to deny yourself what should be a right in favor of their continued profits and payoffs for Republican politicians. Think about it -- they're using you as a pawn.

Oh please. It pisses me off as a Canadian to see all these people trashing our system. All that stuff about the wait time is a complete lie. The government doesn't run our health care system, the doctors do - the government just pays the bill. In America the insurance companies run the health care system, and decide who gets treatment and who doesn't. That's sick. The doctors should decide who needs care. No one else.

In fact, there are just as many studies that refute it. Coupled with the fact that we are 2 degrees cooler now than we were in 2001. Al Gore is not only an idiot-but invested up to his eyeballs in the company that has been set up to keep track of the carbon credits. Talk about selfish motives!! Waxman, Pelosi, etc.

How about big gov that runs medicare to the ground, blowing out SS, funnels tax $ to cronies, stop mandating, taxing, regulating of dysfunction in yet another industry. Allow competition, let customer decide.
Its scorch, burn moving from mortgage, auto industries, increasing with the insurance industries, to eternal gov meddling with any/all that will affect their BOTTOM LINE, ultimately leading to rationing and denial of care.

Oh God! Is that an attempt to justify furthering government incompetence? My old war buddy works for a private EMS, and I send mail using FedEx because they've always been faster to me. Law enforcement can only get to me so quickly, so I am personally armed. Military already is one of THE most efficient government entities.
I don't need health insurance, and I don't need some nosy bureaucrat to TELL me I need health insurance, because I'm too smart not to know it would only line his pockets!
