Brian Thompson becomes an honorary member of the island Sailing Club in Cowes in recognition of his many achievments in sailing. ISC Commodore Rod Nicholls talks about the presentation as well as the Club's donation of £250 to local yachtswoman Natasha Lambert "Miss Isle".

Brian Thompson made it into the history books by becoming the Briton with more multihull sailing miles than any other Briton today. Thompson was part of the crew that has recently smashed the world speed record for a lap of the planet onboard a yacht and simultaneously became the first Briton to circumnavigate the globe non-stop for a fourth time.
