Yeah,... seems I am having problems with my arches 'wanting' to fall. I soo rocked the 'X' in the last year and a half and got into awesome shape... now tho', I have to clear this up as I can hardly walk. It really hurts, even at night. Ugh, gotta get it done soon... gettin soft! :( Thanks, got a physio dude that can make me some orthos. Laterz! :D

dude, if you got plantar fasciitis, just go to a chiropodist or podiatrist and ask to get fitted for custom made orthotics; you put them in your workout shoes and the problem is solved!

you must have either flat feet or high arches...
