Visit http://www.taichihealthways.com for more videos of Master Jesse Tsao on Yang, Chen, Wu, Sun tai chi tyle and Tai Chi sword, broadsword, qigong (Chi gong) meditation for internal energy healing, bio-energy, Shaolin and Wudang Taoist Kung-fu martial arts, Taiji Power Release (fajin), Taiji application, Bagua, Xingyi application. Tai Chi Health Ways host annual workshop with the top masters. See photos or videos of Chen Zhenglei, Li Deyin, Zhu Tiancai, Chen Xiaowang, Dan Lee, Su Zifang, Abraham Liu .... The martial aspect of Tai CHi is a hidden value of the ancient art. There are not enough references of Tai Chi's applications in self-defense today because it has been de-martialized from its original fighting purpose to make its way into the general population. Master Tsao shares with you his research and 30 years of teaching experience in the major applications of Simplified Tai Chi Form 24. The principles are based on Tai Chi Classics: to redirect or borrow an opponent's force first, then strike his weak point.

  • I think you miss some of the fundementals of Tai Chi Chuan. When speed up Tai Chi Chuan you can devestate even the most agressive attackers. Bear in mind that this art comes from guys who actually had to use it against the military. This stuff is no joke.

  • Well someone here is certainly an idiot. The understanding of the true martial benefits of sensitivity and balance over strength and speed can easily be under estimated, especially by those who have trained with a hard style priority. What is hard, cannot read what is soft. Soft does not mean weak, it is a declaration of sensitivity and its wonders against hard forms appear mysterious, but are in fact very real!

  • @warriorfire8103 Sadly most people today(in america) don't realise the martial capabilities of tai chi, it may be the best defence and it's said that the best offence is also the best defence.

  • @daveygrokit oh oh oh I wanna be spiritual.....The hard one is like a rock, although rough he wavers to the soft gentle kiss of water and erodes and is turned to sediment or dust.......YAY!!!!!

  • Good Tai Chi Chuan.

  • Very good

  • I live in america so I'm pretty much stuck as far as finding anyone who actually deserves to be instructor.

  • Tai chi is an actual martial art with very practical combat applications. As a very popular fitness and exercise routine, it is also often taught by many who are unaware of and unable to teach proper combat application.
