    you pay a $200 tax stamp and then you can buy one. problem is most FA weapons cost over $10k

  • A class 2 is a manufacturer license. A class 3 just means that you can sell one. You first have to get either a type 1 dealer or a type 7 dealer/manufacturer license. Then you can get your class 3 with your type 1 to deal in NFA weapons. Or a class 2 with your type 7 to manufacture and sell NFA weapons. To just own one you just need a special 200 dollar tax stamp.
