I hope you don't mind telling me where that apartment is that you rented for $500. a month rent for 2 monthes but could have rented for $150. a month had you been able to stay for a 12 month lease.
I would like the name and address of the landlord because I am a cancer patient who is coming to retire in Thailand and go to the Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok. Did you drive in Bangkok?

I was paying ฿14,000 a month for it. I was only renting it for 2 months. The option was there to get it for less than half that price had I been willing to sign a 12 month lease.
